Trampoline Mats

Your choice of two of the world's finest outdoor fabrics
1. Black mesh: our premium-grade calendered Permatron polypropylene edged with a heavy-duty vinyl border and stitched with 8-10 rows of ultra-violet and weather-resistant bonded thread. 2. Solid orange: a patented vinyl-coated nylon (not polyester). Nylon for maximum strength, vinyl coating for maximum durability, with reinforced edging and solid brass grommets. This mat is the ultimate for water bouncing.

If you need a new jumping mat, we need to know the shape and size of your trampoline, and also the number of springs (spring count). On a round trampoline we need the diameter of the frame, and on a rectangular trampoline we need the length and width of the frame. The best way to ensure your mat is made to the right size is to send us the old mat as a sample. This way we are better able to guarantee a perfect fit. Your old mat can be shipped to us in a small box for about $15. If you order online we will call and confirm the measurements.

Trampoline Mat repairs

Sundance has been doing expert mat repairs for over 40 years using the highest-grade materials and professional workmanship.

Holes in mat?
In a black mesh jumping mat a hole smaller than a golf ball normally does not need to be repaired and generally will not get larger. However, the hole should be repaired if it gets larger than 2 inches in diameter.

Tabs tearing out?
If your tabs are tearing out, your mat does not need to be replaced; it can be re-stitched. Re-stitching is a less expensive option than buying a new mat and is usually just as durable. Simply fold up your mat, put it into a small box, and mail it to us. Call for the address of our nearest repair site.

If you require a jumping mat that we do not stock, you may need a custom-made jumping surface. We will need a diagram of the jumping surface (top view) complete with dimensions and the number and spacing of the spring attachments.
